You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Non-returnable items include:
Gift cards.
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines).
Products that are intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., earrings, underwear, or custom-fitted items).
Custom-made or personalized products.
Sale items (unless defective).
Contact Us First: Before shipping any item back, you must notify us by email at gaayatriglobal@gmail.com or by phone at 9929099464 to request a return authorization. Please provide your Order Number and the reason for the return.
Wait for Confirmation: We will review your request and send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.
Ship the Item: You must clearly mark the return authorization number (if provided) on the outside of the package.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping INR 80 will be deducted from your refund.
Exception: If the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received the wrong or a defective item), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
6. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund after inspecting the item.
Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Processing Time: You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's poli
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at gaayatriglobal@gmail.com and we will guide you through the process.
